Meet Donna Milligan
Donna Milligan is a self-taught paper artist from the United States whose work defies every expectation of what "wig" can mean. Using nothing but paper — crossword puzzles, construction sheets, metallic foil, graph paper, tissue — she hand-cuts, curls, and layers each strip into wearable sculptures that are as much about joy as they are about craft.
